Can I return a product?Because cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive products, returns won't be accepted. In case the product is damaged, you must contact by e-mail or Whatsapp within 14 days from arrival. Please attach clear pictures of the damage. Your request will be reviewed. To make sure you're eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means it is unused and in its original packaging. The company reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet above-mentioned standards. Who pays the shipping cost when returning a product?You'll receive a return label from the company when your return request is accepted. This way the shipment is free of charge for you.

Is shipping free?Shipping fee will vary depending on the destination. Shipping to The Netherlands will be around €4,99. The exact cost for your shipment will be calculated during checkout.

What happens if I do not receive my package?Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, but unfortunately it’s not guaranteed that everything will go on time with the shipping carrier. You will receive an e-mail from the carrier if your order is ready for shipment with a Track & Trace number. Please check this to see if the carrier experiences any delays, technical issues, etc. When the package is still untraceable, everything will be done to help you with the delayed or lost package.
