When is returning (not) possible?

Cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive products. Because of that, products that are opened and/or used, cannot be returned.

In case a product appears to be damaged after opening, please make sure to take clear pictures of the damage and contact by e-mail to info@saniya-beauty.com or via WhatsApp. The situation will be reviewed and a suitable solution will be made.

In order to be eligible for return, you must request this at least within 14 days after arrival. The packaging and products need to be in good condition. This means it's unused and in its original packaging. The company reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet the above mentioned standards.

What is the refund process?

In case your product is damaged and you've sent an e-mail or WhatsApp message, please wait for a response with approval / rejection of your request. Once your request is accepted, you'll receive a return label by e-mail. This way you can return the package free of charge. 

When the returned package is arrived, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within approximately 10 business days.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund has been confirmed and you still didn't receive the refund, please e-mail again at info@saniya-beauty.com.
