What is the shipping process?

After ordering, you'll receive an e-mail with confirmation. When your order arrives at the shipping carrier, a Track & Trace link will be sent. It will take 3-5 business days to arrive at your place.

 

When the package still hasn't arrived after your Track & Trace link shows differently, please e-mail at info@saniya-beauty.com.

What happens if the product is damaged during transport?

Please e-mail at info@saniya-beauty.com or send a WhatsApp Message if something is damaged or missing. The issue will be reviewed and a suitable solution will be discussed with you.

Please ensure to contact as soon as possible, but at least within 14 days from the arrival date. Requests outside this time frame will be rejected.
